This is how you open a VOCI account.

1. Download and print out a VOCI credit application and EFT Form.
   
   
2. If you are applying for a CFN cardlock account and plan to fuel in Oregon, download and print out Customer Written Agreement and Fire Safety Handout.
   
   
3. Fill out, sign and fax documents to 360-574-9070 or mail.
